Baked Zucchini Chips

These baked zucchini chips are a healthier alternative to potato chips, offering a crispy texture with a savory Parmesan coating. Perfect for a crunchy snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil.
  3. In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dredge zucchini slices in the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
