Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms

These cheese-stuffed mushrooms are a savory treat, with a creamy cheese filling and a hint of garlic and parsley. They make for a perfect appetizer or party snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and cheese is golden.
  5. Serve warm.
