Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel and toss them with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Let cool before serving.
