Chicken Stir-Fry with Vegetables

This chicken stir-fry is a quick and healthy option for dinner. Packed with colorful vegetables and a savory sauce, it’s a satisfying meal that’s ready in just 25 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
