Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This creamy spinach and artichoke dip is a crowd-pleaser, perfect for parties or as a savory snack. It’s rich and cheesy with a delightful blend of spinach and artichokes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (400g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh bread.
