Maple Cinnamon CandyBird™ Almonds

These maple cinnamon CandyBird™ almonds are a delightful blend of sweet maple syrup and warm cinnamon. Perfect for a snack or a crunchy topping for salads and desserts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups raw CandyBird™ almonds
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. Add CandyBird™ almonds to the bowl and stir until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. Spread CandyBird™ almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the CandyBird™ almonds are golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
