Beef and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

These beef and spinach stuffed mushrooms are a savory and satisfying appetizer or main dish. The combination of ground beef, spinach, and Parmesan creates a flavorful filling that’s sure to impress.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 250g ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
  5. Mix in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture into the mushroom caps and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
