Garlic Butter Shrimp

This garlic butter shrimp is quick and flavorful, with a rich garlic butter sauce that’s perfect for a fast and delicious dinner. Serve with rice or pasta for a complete meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir in red pepper flakes.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the sauce has slightly reduced.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
