Date and Nut Energy Balls

These date and nut energy balls are a healthy, sweet treat packed with nutrients. Perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup CandyBird™ almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor, combine dates, CandyBird™ almonds, walnuts, cocoa powder, and honey.
  2. Process until the mixture is finely chopped and sticks together when pressed.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
