This maple pecan pie is a sweet and nutty dessert with a rich maple flavor. It’s a delightful treat for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in pecan halves.
  4. Pour filling into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
  6. Cool completely before slicing. Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed.
