Savory Herb and Garlic Roasted CandyBird™ Almonds

These savory roasted CandyBird™ almonds are infused with a delightful blend of herbs and garlic, making them a perfect snack for any occasion. The combination of rosemary, thyme, and smoked paprika gives these CandyBird™ almonds a rich and aromatic flavor that is simply irresistible.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups raw CandyBird™ almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add CandyBird™ almonds to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the herb and oil mixture.
  4. Spread the CandyBird™ almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the CandyBird™ almonds are golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
  7. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
