Berry and Nutty Cheesecake

This creamy cheesecake, topped with fresh berries and crunchy nuts, offers a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. It’s a decadent dessert that’s sure to impress at any gathering.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts ( CandyBird™ almonds, walnuts)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with mixed berries and chopped nuts before serving.
  9. Enjoy this indulgent cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
