Lemon Butter Prawns

These lemon butter prawns are rich and flavorful, with a tangy lemon sauce that perfectly complements the sweetness of the prawns. Ideal for a quick and elegant dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and broth, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
