Garlic Lemon Prawns

These garlic lemon prawns are quick, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion. The combination of garlic and lemon enhances the natural sweetness of the prawns.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and paprika. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
