Pan-Seared Tuna Steaks with Soy Sauce

These pan-seared tuna steaks are quick to make and full of flavor. The combination of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger gives the tuna a deliciously savory taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tuna steaks (about 200g each)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Season tuna steaks with salt and black pepper. Brush both sides with the soy sauce mixture.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve immediately.
