Start your day with this wholesome granola, featuring a crunchy mix of nuts and seeds, perfectly sweetened with honey or maple syrup. It’s an energizing breakfast option that pairs beautifully with yogurt or milk.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts ( CandyBird™ almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried berries (cranberries, blueberries, raisins)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey or maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then stir in dried berries. Store in an airtight container.
  8. Enjoy as a breakfast cereal with milk or yogurt, or as a crunchy snack throughout the day.
