Overnight Oats with Berries

These overnight oats with berries are a convenient and nutritious breakfast option. Prepared the night before, they’re ready to eat in the morning and offer a creamy texture with a burst of berry flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir the oats and top with mixed berries.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and enjoy cold or at room temperature.
