Spinach and Feta Omelette

This spinach and feta omelette is a quick and flavorful breakfast packed with protein and greens. It’s perfect for a satisfying morning meal that’s both easy to prepare and delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until edges begin to set, about 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle spinach and feta cheese over one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the other half over the filling and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until fully set.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
