Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies are a chewy, naturally gluten-free treat that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Cool before serving.
