Gluten-Free Chicken Tenders

Gluten-Free Chicken Tenders are crispy and delicious, perfect for a quick meal or as a party appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g chicken tenders
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken tenders in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
