Almond Flour Banana Bread

Almond Flour Banana Bread is a moist and flavorful treat that’s naturally gluten-free and perfect for breakfast or a snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine bananas, eggs, honey, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool before slicing.
