Gluten-Free Pancakes are fluffy and delicious, perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  5. Pour batter onto skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
