Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts offer a tangy and sweet flavor, perfect as a side dish for any meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy on the edges.
  4. Serve warm.
