Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Gratin

Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Gratin is a rich and comforting side dish, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to your meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until golden. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Pour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm.
