Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter is a classic side dish, offering a burst of flavor with each bite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme)
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add corn and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter with chopped herbs and salt.
  3. Spread herb butter over cooked corn and serve warm.
