Stuffed Mini Peppers

These Stuffed Mini Peppers are a delightful appetizer filled with a creamy cheese mixture, perfect for parties or a simple snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 50g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is golden.
  5. Serve warm.
