INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup baby spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer with shredded carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, and spinach.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut into slices.
