Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

Spicy Roasted Chickpeas are a crunchy, protein-rich snack with a spicy kick. Perfect for satisfying cravings in a healthier way.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel. Toss with olive oil and spices.
  3. Spread chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy.
  5. Cool before serving.
