Roasted Pumpkin Seeds are a crunchy and nutritious snack. With a hint of smoky paprika and garlic, they make a delicious and healthy choice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
  3. Spread seeds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Cool before serving.
