Baked Zucchini Chips

Baked Zucchini Chips are a healthy alternative to potato chips. They’re crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, making them an excellent snack choice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Cool before serving.
