Date and Nut Energy Bars are a quick, nutritious snack. Packed with dates and nuts, they provide a satisfying and energy-boosting treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., CandyBird™ almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor, blend dates until they form a sticky paste.
  2. Add mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, and honey. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Press mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
