INGREDIENTS

  • 4 fish fillets (such as cod or haddock)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs (e.g., thyme, oregano, basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Brush fish with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Top with lemon slices.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
