Garlic Butter Prawns

Garlic Butter Prawns are succulent and flavorful, cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. This easy recipe is perfect for a quick yet delicious meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Pair with rice or crusty bread.
