Orange Almond Cake

This orange almond cake is a moist and flavorful dessert with a hint of citrus and nutty almond flour. It’s simple yet elegant, perfect for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix in the orange juice and zest.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
