Cheesy Spinach Puffs

These cheesy spinach puffs are a delightful blend of gooey cheese and fresh spinach wrapped in flaky pastry. They make an excellent snack or appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spoon mixture onto the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold pastry over the filling to form a triangle and press edges to seal.
  6. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  8. Serve warm.
