Garlic Parmesan Roasted Chickpeas

These garlic Parmesan roasted chickpeas are a crunchy and flavorful snack, perfect for anyone who loves a savory bite with a touch of cheese.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel and toss with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Let cool before serving.
