INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil.
- In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
