INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add bulgur wheat, cover, and simmer for 12 minutes until water is absorbed and bulgur is tender. Let it cool.
