INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
