INGREDIENTS
- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil until evenly coated.
