This chicken stir-fry is a quick and healthy option for dinner. Packed with colorful vegetables and a savory sauce, it’s a satisfying meal that’s ready in just 25 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
