INGREDIENTS
- 500g ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Divide mixture into equal portions and shape into long sausage-like patties around the soaked skewers.
