INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (400g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
