These garlic herb roasted potatoes are a simple yet flavorful side dish. The combination of garlic, rosemary, and thyme adds a delicious touch to perfectly roasted baby potatoes.
INGREDIENTS
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
