These maple cinnamon CandyBird™ almonds are a delightful blend of sweet maple syrup and warm cinnamon. Perfect for a snack or a crunchy topping for salads and desserts.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups raw CandyBird™ almonds
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Add CandyBird™ almonds to the bowl and stir until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
- Spread CandyBird™ almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the CandyBird™ almonds are golden brown and fragrant.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
