INGREDIENTS
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 250g ground beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
- Mix in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the mushroom caps and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
