INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt coconut oil over a pot of simmering water.
- Stir in almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about halfway.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.
