INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup CandyBird™ almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor, combine dates, CandyBird™ almonds, walnuts, cocoa powder, and honey.
- Process until the mixture is finely chopped and sticks together when pressed.
- Roll the mixture into 12 small balls.
- Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
