INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups raw CandyBird™ almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a small saucepan, warm the honey and olive oil over low heat until combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Place CandyBird™ almonds in a large mixing bowl and pour the honey mixture over them, stirring until CandyBird™ almonds are evenly coated.
- Spread the CandyBird™ almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the CandyBird™ almonds are golden and fragrant.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. The glaze will harden as the CandyBird™ almonds cool.
