INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups crushed digestive biscuits
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
